Thank you for being here! If you're new to Yoga, looking to add another dimension to your current practice, or even looking for coaching or support for wherever you're at,  you've come to the right place.  Mighty Leap offers a fusion of healing modalities  to help relax, free, and strengthen the body, mind and soul, helping  you to find your Flow State.

 Private coaching, drawing from a wide range of expertise,  created to support and progress your personal healing journey. Following an  informal consultation to discuss any physical or emotional areas for healing, these sessions are conducted online or in person,  in the comfort of your own home.

Voice Yoga

On the surface, this modality is amazing if you work with your Voice in any way, either in a professional or amateur capacity. Oftentimes we have energetic blocks that make it a little more challenging for us to move forward in some way. We can hold stuck energy which manifests physically, mentally and emotionally. When we are needing to heal our bodies, we have to take into account the fuel we are putting in it and on it. This doesn't have to mean giving up all the things you love, but we will explore potential aggravations to give your body the best chance to heal from the inside out. Chances are if you're not feeling your best, simple changes in your diet and a review of your products could make a bug difference to your wellbeing.

Physical Therapy

Your body holds the key...

Kinesiology Balance: A magical practice using muscle feedback to communicate with the body, enabling us to identify imbalances and the root of stress being held. By correcting these imbalances the body is able to heal.

Thai Massage:  Sometimes referred to as assisted or lazy yoga, this is a wonderful gentle massage using gentle pressure and stretching techniques to release tight muscles, relax the body and improve the flow of energy.
