Hello, I’m Katie — and I help people reconnect to their body, breath, voice and confidence, especially during times of change.
I know what it feels like to shift chapters — gently, suddenly, or with a leap of faith you didn’t see coming. Mighty Leap Yoga was born from exactly that: real life, big transitions, and the need for support that feels human, safe and adaptable.

Why sound & voice are at the heart of my work
Whether or not you sing, speak publicly or perform — your body responds to sound. Music, tone, rhythm and vibration all affect the nervous system.
But the most powerful healing instrument we have is one we carry everywhere: Your own voice.
You don’t need to “sing well” to use it.
You just need space, guidance and safety to explore it.
